After your Notion account has been created and your profile set up, you will be taken to the main Notion dashboard. This is the main screen you will see whenever you start Notion depending on settings in the main menu.

On the left hand side of the screen you will see the Sidebar, which is where you can choose settings, search Notion, use Notion AI, view your Home page, view your Inbox, create and view pages, access your Calendar, change Settings, view Templates, view Trash, and get Help.

On the right hand side of the screen is the Editor, where you will spend the majority of your time designing, writing, editing, and creating your Notion documents.

On the top of the Editor is the main toolbar that shows you the document name, last edited time, a Share button, Comments, Updates, a way to quickly add this page to your Favorites, and a Menu for page options.

If you click on your name on the left hand side of the screen at the top of the Sidebar, it will give you Workspace and Account options.

Here you can see which plan you are on, how many members are in this workspace, Settings, a way to Invite Members, quick access to change Accounts, and buttons to Create a work account, Add another account, Log out, and download the Mac app.
